GUARANTEES
Performance Guarantee
We guarantee that the heating equipment will perform at or above the manufacturers rated efficiency for the duration of this agreement or we shall provide whatever maintenance services or adjustments are needed at no additional charge to assure that rated performance is maintained throughout the terms of this agreement.

Fuel Savings Guarantee
Winter - Based upon the average fuel consumed per degree day for the previous 24 months, we guarantee that fuel savings will meet or exceed the predicted rate of savings or your service agreement will be refunded in its entirety.
Summer- Based on the average fuel consumed per calendar day for the previous 24 months, we guarantee that fuel savings will meet or exceed the predicted rate of savings or your service agreement will be refunded in its entirety.

Repair Guarantee
All repairs are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the period of one year from the date of repair. In the event of a failure we will make repairs within 24 hours of notification subject to availability of parts at no charge for materials, labor or overtime when applicable.

Parts Warranty
All materials are warranteed for one year unless manufacturers warranty is for a period of less than one year. In the event of a part failure that is out of the manufacturer warrantee, LESSOIL will make the repair free of all labor charges (you pay for the part only).

Operations guarantee
LESSOIL guarantees that the heating system will provide safe and reliable operations for the duration of the service agreement. To that end we will make repair recommendations on a proactive / planned replacement basis. This will permit you to budget for these repair items and assure that your heating equipment is always in top condition with the least amount of breakdowns possible.

Service Guarantee
• Emergency service will be provided on a Priority One Basis 24 Hrs/ 7 days.
• All emergencies will be responded to within 4 hours of notification through normal channels.


The following items are considered Emergencies
• No heat in the entire building
• No hot water in the entire building
• Burner will not run


All other requests for service are considered non-emergency and shall be dealt with by appointment during regular business hours.
