What we do at LESSOIL is take a look at the entire building and look for ways to work with what you already have and eliminate waste. To accomplish that, we conduct a FREE energy audit of the entire building. 

This FREE Energy Audit consists the Following:

• Review of the boiler and components
• A review of the burner with Combustion Efficiency test
• Review of Heating Balance and Zoning
• Over all heating system performance and optimization. This is an important part of the program since we seek out and remove energy wasting  “band-aided”  solutions from previous owners or contractor.
• Infrared Thermal imaging of the boiler room and components including testing operation of steam traps and Analysis of Insulation of Pipes and Boiler
• Review of controls for BOTH the water heater and the space heating
• Review of the Exhaust ventilation system for Kitchen and bath
• Analysis of the fuel used from the previous year
• Guarantee of fuel savings once the project is completed

Once the final leg of the survey and analysis is complete, we then  prepare a power point presentation showing everything that needs to be done along with a complete review of our services, costs and savings you can expect.
